■ Overview
MIRRORCLE technology can provide the X-ray levels necessary to perform
X-ray fluorescence analysis of heavy elements. These
it was only a large-scale synchrotron radiation such
as SPring 8 that had been used for heavy metal X-ray Fluorescence so far. it
is possible to detect it up to the heavy element like not only a light
element like Ca but also Pb as a trace element contained in the material
by selecting the target
