What's MIRRORCLE

Introduction

MIRRORCLE is a new light source with the features of both a large synchrotron radiation and an X-ray tube.

Like a synchrotron, MIRRORCLE generates high intensity "white" X-rays and also
can generate far infrared, EUV, soft X-ray, and hard X-rays from 10KeV to 3MeV.

Analogous to an X-ray tube, MIRRORCLE has a cone beam geometry output
and can take high-precision images of large objects such as bridges, cars, plants, people, etc.

In the sense that MIRRORCLE achieves the world's smallest source point- 4μm is the "Miracle".

MIRRORCLE type lineup & application

MIRRORCLE CV series MIRRORCLE are the smallest in the lineup and are suitable for X-ray imaging, XAFS fluorescence, and advanced materials analysis.
MIRRORCLE-6FIR synchrotron radiation is possible to use high-intensity THz light.
MIRRORCLE-20 model is suitable for the use of EUV light.

MIRRORCLE Technology Highlights

1. Compact
MIRRORCLE is easily integrated into factory and laboratory environments.

2. User Friendly

Home appliance like operation means MIRROCLE is very user friendly and easy to operate. When set to automatic operation end users need only basic training to be able to competently use MIRRRORCLE.
Low maintenance requirements contribute to high machine availability.

3. High-brightness broadband (white) X-rays (10keV ~ few MeV X-ray). Flexible output tailored by changing target type.

4. The excellent spatial resolution as a result of all X-rays emanating from a comparatively small sized target size.

5. A 3m XAFS beam line can achieve 5000 discrete high energy levels.

6. Possible to magnify imaging by cone-beam X-ray
MIRRORCLEs unique X-ray output qualities and cone-beam geometry provide magnification, large sample size, and phase contrast imaging suitable for low density samples.

7. High-intensity infrared and THz radiation is possible with specific MIRRORCLE configurations.
